Handwritten list.. The impact

Recently, in office I almost follow my to-do list and plan for the day. Though i'm not able to fully complete my plan, it helps me a lot. I at least know which tasks are eating up my time etc.
I have tried applications like one note, excel and todoist few other applications ON and OFF. But some how I'm not successful in planning and executing via these apps.. and ofcourse this is an issue with me :P  Then finally I started to follow the pen and paper model and I feel the satisfaction in this practice. Now I have decided that best suited for me is Pen and Paper :)

Next my progressive step is planning on the personal front for a week and month. Most of my items in the post-it are small tasks or jobs that we do as routine and not necessary to list them down.

I feel just that writing it down makes the job much more easier, especially when it comes to the question of what to cook now ????? OMG, many a times I feel this question as a tough one. So to avoid this question and better shopping of vegetables for this week, I wrote down the weekly menu as well along with some of my weekly goals. This doesn't include main course of the meal of-course as that is the standard in idly/dosa, chapati/roti.

So here comes all my plan for this week. I tried to categorise as Kitchen planning/Menu Planning, Personal Goals and some general items. May be going forward I would be able to categorise them better.

Personal - Weekly Goals Personal - Weekly Goals
Personal Goals for the week :)
Menu Plan for the week :)
Now all these notes are stuck in its required places. Hope this practice will help me.
I will post my execution experience next week :)
